Estimate intake → CRM
Incoming bid requests get parsed, summarised, and dropped into your CRM with a confidence-scored next-action. The PM sees what to chase first on Monday morning, not after lunch.
Pick one workflow that's quietly eating your week. We'll build a working automation for it in five days — yours to keep, with the code, the runbook, and the training. No deck, no pitch, no obligation. One free build per month.
Day 1 is a 90-minute discovery call. Days 2–4 we build. Day 5 you and your team take ownership — code review, training, runbook walkthrough.
We pick the workflow we can ship in five days. If yours is too big, we say so honestly and propose a paid scope — no upsell pressure, no bait-and-switch.
You cover any third-party tool subscriptions you'd be using anyway (Claude API, n8n, Make, etc.) on your accounts. We bring our time and senior judgement, free.
We pick one bottleneck in your business — the one you'd run a stopwatch on if you had to — and build a working automation for it. Real production code, in your environment, with your team trained to extend it.
Incoming bid requests get parsed, summarised, and dropped into your CRM with a confidence-scored next-action. The PM sees what to chase first on Monday morning, not after lunch.
Invoices, contracts, or job-cost reports get scanned against your house rules and flagged in plain English. The bookkeeper gets a 'review this' list instead of a stack.
End-of-week status reports your team hates writing get drafted from your project tracker, sent for review with the edges already smoothed off. Friday afternoon back.
New-client signing triggers an end-to-end intake — folder structure, kickoff email, calendar holds, internal Slack ping, project tracker set-up. The 90 minutes that vanish each new client, recovered.
Inbound form submissions get enriched with public data, scored against your ICP, and routed (or rejected) before the next salesperson sees them. Less time on tire-kickers.
If your highest-impact workflow isn't on this list, that's the point of the Day 1 discovery call. We'll scope something specific to your business — or tell you honestly if it needs more than 5 days.
No "kick-off week," no "alignment phase." Five days, one team, one workflow. Real software shipped on Friday.
90-minute call. We walk the workflow with the people who run it today, name the bottleneck precisely, and confirm we can ship it in four days.
We write the spec — inputs, outputs, edge cases, the tool stack we'll use, and the success criteria. You see it before we build a thing.
Senior-led implementation in your environment. Working software by end of day, with the rough edges still on. Daily 15-minute check-in.
We run the automation against real cases with you in the room. Fix what's wrong, polish what's right, document what your team needs to know.
Code review, training walkthrough, runbook delivery. By Friday afternoon your team owns the system and can extend it themselves.
The build doesn't sit on our servers. Every artifact ships to a repo and accounts you control. If you never talk to us again, the system still runs.
Production code, running in your environment, against your real data. Not a notebook. Not a demo. Real software your team uses Monday.
Code ships to a GitHub repo on your org. No proprietary lock-in. Any developer can read it, extend it, or hand it off.
How the system works, how to debug it, how to extend it. Written in your team's voice, not consultant-speak. Lives next to the code.
If something breaks in the first 30 days, we fix it free. After that you own it — but the runbook means "own it" doesn't mean "figure it out alone."
The Free Build is calibrated for operators with a specific workflow they can hand us by Monday — not exploratory AI conversations.
One free build per month carries the same engineering bar as our paid engagements. Here's the most recent client testimonial — a marketer who hired Eunoia to build a six-page SEO landing system for one of their clients.

Austin built six SEO-optimized landing pages for one of my clients and absolutely delivered. Yoast green across the board, schema markup done right, Gravity Forms wired up for lead tracking, and clean branding throughout. What stood out most was his communication — every change was documented step-by-step, and he proactively flagged next steps I hadn't even thought to ask about (Search Console submissions, schema validation, internal linking strategy). If you need a developer who treats your project like it's his own, hire Austin.

Day 1 is a 90-minute workflow walkthrough — we map the bottleneck, scope the automation, and confirm we can ship it in the remaining four days. If we can't, we'll say so on the call and propose a paid scope instead. Either way, no obligation.
Because shipping real work beats a sales pitch. One free build per month becomes a case study, a referral, and usually a follow-on engagement we're proud to put our name on. We'd rather earn the second engagement than chase the first one cold.
Capacity. One free build per month, currently booking ~6–8 weeks out. If the calendar's full when you book, you'll see the next available slot. There's no upsell pressure during or after the build. If we're not the right fit for a follow-on engagement, we'll say that too.
We'll tell you on Day 1, before we build a thing. The honest answer is usually "we can ship a useful pilot of this, but the full production version is a 3–4 week Automation Build at $20k." You can take the pilot scope, take the paid quote, or take what we learned and go run it yourself.
You do. Every line. Code ships to a repo on your GitHub org. No private modules, no "call us to renew the license," no consultant lock-in. The runbook explains how it all works in plain English. Any developer can extend it.
You'll need accounts on whatever tools the automation runs on (Claude API, n8n or Make, your CRM, etc.). We'll tell you on Day 1 what's needed — usually under $50/month for the most common builds. You own those accounts; we never hold the keys.
If the automation doesn't pay back the time it takes to use, you owe us nothing — that was the deal. The code, runbook, and any subscriptions you set up stay yours. We learn what your business is actually ready for, and you've lost no money. The honest "this doesn't work for you yet" answer is sometimes the most valuable one.
One workflow, working automation, yours to keep. No deck, no pitch. Book a 90-minute Day 1 slot that works for your week.
