One identity. One path.
Eunoia is a fractional operations practice for construction companies. Every engagement opens with a free operating snapshot and a Day-1 measurement. From there you start where it hurts — leaking lead flow, leaking margins, or a shop that runs through you — with a fast fix or a senior operations builder on retainer. I build what the work calls for, and many keep the systems running on an Operations Care plan.
Lead Rescue
Every lead captured, answered in minutes, and chased until it books.
Design & Build
One scoped build — dashboards, automations, AI agents — yours to keep.
Operations Build Retainer
A senior operator who ships the next system every month — and runs it.
Operations Care
Monitoring, tuning, and a monthly read on the systems we built.
Measured Day 1 to Day 30 — the retainer's first-month promise: ten hours back, or the next month's on me.
On the Build Retainer I ship the next constraint-removing system every month — a roadmap, not a one-off.
Every system I build is documented, trained, and handed off. The work outlasts the engagement — by design.
Lead Rescue
The fastest way to stop losing money: plug the leaks at the front of your funnel. Every inbound lead — web form, phone, ads, referrals — lands in one place, gets an automatic reply in minutes, and runs a follow-up cadence that doesn't stop until they answer. Every quote you've sent gets the same treatment. Two weeks, fixed scope, nothing falls through the cracks again.
Design & Build
One scoped build — production dashboards, automations, AI agents, integrations — shipped on your stack and handed off clean.
Operations Build Retainer
A senior operations builder on retainer. Every month I ship the next system that removes your biggest constraint, run the operating cadence, and report the hours and dollars recovered. Ten hours back in your first 30 days — or the next month's on me. Austin does the work; no hand-offs.
Operations Care
You bought a build. It works. Now keep it that way. The lightest way to keep an operator in your corner. After a build or the Retainer, I keep the systems I built running and tuned, stay one message away when something breaks, and give you a monthly read on what's working. All the upside of keeping me on, without the full commitment of a seat.
Questions we get a lot.
Where do I start?
A free 30-minute operating snapshot. If we're a match, we pick the rung that fits — Lead Rescue if you're losing leads and quotes, the Operations Build Retainer if the whole operation needs building. No paid audit, no homework.
Who is a good fit for Eunoia?
Construction companies doing $5M–$90M in revenue who feel like they're working harder than the growth they're getting. If you sense there are specific constraints but can't name them precisely, start with a free operating snapshot and we'll find out in 30 minutes.
What's the difference between Lead Rescue and the Build Retainer?
Lead Rescue fixes one thing — the leaks at the front of your funnel — in two weeks for a fixed $2,500. The Build Retainer is ongoing: I ship the next constraint-removing system every month and run the operating cadence. One-off leak → Lead Rescue. Whole operation → the Retainer.
What's the difference between Design & Build and the Operations Build Retainer?
Design & Build is project-based — we scope one build, ship it, hand it off, you run it. The Build Retainer is ongoing — I own the roadmap, ship the next system every month, run the cadence, and report the numbers. A project buys you a system. The retainer buys you an operator who keeps building. Operations Care sits below both: it keeps what's already built running.
Why is the Build Retainer capacity-capped?
Because it's real hands-on build capacity, not a newsletter with a Zoom call. Owning a few companies' roadmaps and shipping every month is the honest maximum for one senior operator. When it's full, the waitlist is real.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes — we work with clients around the world. Every engagement is remote-first and built to run async, so time zones are never the bottleneck. We're based in Lake Country, BC, and add on-site visits only when they genuinely earn their place.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We build on Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make, Zapier, Next.js, Supabase, HubSpot, and custom code — but we know most businesses run on a centralized stack. We work where you already are: Microsoft 365 and Teams, Google Workspace, shared drives, and the tools your team actually opens every day. The right tool is the one your team will actually use.
Start by getting your week back.
A free 30-minute operating snapshot. No pitch. If we're a match, I measure Day 1 and we start.
