WHAT WE ASK BACK

Three explicit things. No surprises.

  • A documented case study
    After the engagement closes, we'll spend ~60 minutes together capturing what was built, what changed, and the measurable outcomes. We write it; you approve. Anonymized if needed.
  • A short recorded testimonial
    A 90-second video or written quote we can use on the website and in proposals. Your call on format. You approve before anything goes live.
  • Two warm introductions
    To other operators in your network who might benefit from the same work. Just intros — no obligation on their end and no expectation that they hire us.
Confidentiality controlled by you — we'll anonymize numbers, scope, and identifying details if needed.
Eligibility

Right fit / not a fit.

These slots are limited, so we filter early. If most of the left column is you, apply. If the right column is closer, the regular rate is the better starting point — same work, no quarterly deadline.

  • Open to AI / automation but not chasing the newest tool
✗ NOT A FIT (YET)
  • Pre-revenue or seed-stage with no operational pain to solve yet
  • Looking for a long retainer relationship — these are scoped, finite engagements
  • Need a hundred-person agency with account managers and slide decks
  • Confidentiality won't allow ANY external mention of the work
  • Budget is tight enough that the reference-rate discount changes whether you can afford it (we'd rather you wait until it doesn't)
