Your operations partner. You own the client, I own the build.

Agencies and consultancies sell leadership, ads and adoption plans. The builds, the wiring and the dashboards are where the hours go and the margin leaks. I take that part, at a partner rate.

What you get

A build partner who has run the client's business.

Builds in two to three weeks

Full site rebuilds with two design directions, ad landing-page sets that survive WordPress, platform migrations with zero email downtime.

Your brand on it, my hands on it

The client sees your agency. I work from your brief and your brand kit, deliver on a preview link, and stay invisible unless you want me on the call.

The wiring you don't want to own

CRM, booking, call tracking, quote follow-up, Google Ads conversion events, schema. The stuff that makes your ad reports look good and your clients stay.

A dashboard your clients log into

Kingpost: jobs, quotes to invoices, job costs, crew, cash. White-label it as your client portal or sell it on as an upsell. Your call.

A search audit before every build

The same audit dashboard I run on my own clients, branded for yours. It sells the rebuild for you and sets the baseline you report against.

One retainer, not twelve invoices

A monthly Operations Partner retainer covers hosting, edits and monitoring across your client sites. Builds are quoted flat on top.

Partner enablement · marketing agencies

Send me a prospect's URL. Pitch with the number.

Before you pitch a rebuild, I run the Search Visibility Snapshot on the prospect's site: a score out of 100 and the five things costing them jobs, in your agency's name, back to you within a business day. You walk in with a measurement, not an opinion, and the rebuild sells itself.

Free for partners. The prospect never hears from me.

How it runs
  1. 01
    You send the URL
One line by email or the contact form. Add the trade and the city if you have them.
  2. 02
    I run the snapshot
Speed, mobile, schema, click-to-call, lead form, platform. The same audit I run before every build.
  3. 03
    You get a one-pager
Score, the five findings in plain English, and what the fix costs at partner rate. Your logo on it.
  4. 04
    You pitch, I build
If they sign, the build is scoped inside two business days and shipped in two to three weeks under your brand.
Partner enablement · AI consultancies

You sell the adoption plan. I build what it needs.

When a client of yours needs an agent, a platform or a dashboard, I scope it on one page and build it under your lead and your brand. You keep the strategy and the client relationship. I take the build, the app shell they log into, and the running of it after launch.

Fixed price on one page, quoted inside two business days.

What I build under your lead
  • Agents with a review step
Intake, quote follow-up, social drafting. One agent for one job, a person approving anything that touches money or reputation.
  • Platforms the client logs into
Tender intake and tracking, approvals, reporting. Built on the stack your client already pays for.
  • Operations dashboards
Jobs, quotes to invoices, job costs, cash. Kingpost seats under your brand, or a build on theirs.
  • Run after launch
Hosting, model costs and monthly tuning on a run fee, so the thing you sold keeps working.

The first: a tender platform for a BC contractor, built under Zorn AI's lead, live end of September 2026.

FROM THE PARTNER

In Adam's words.

Five Talents Marketing is my agency partner. I run their builds and automations.

Austin is the AI implementation and Operations solution for 5 Talents Marketing; without him we would not be nearly as efficient. Our clients really appreciate the systems that Austin has been able to build for us internally. It's time to stop living in 2020; hire Austin to overhaul your AI and Systems so you have the infrastructure in place to compete in today's marketplace. If you don't, you may get left behind.

Questions agencies ask

The ones that matter.

Will you poach my clients?

No. The relationship is yours and it says so in the partner agreement. If a client of yours contacts me directly, they get sent back to you.

Do you work with AI consultancies as well as marketing agencies?

Yes. Zorn AI sells the adoption plan and I build the platform their client needs, under their lead and their brand. Same partner terms, same flat pricing.

Can I show the work as mine?

Yes. That's the point of white-label. Nothing you sell appears on this site unless we agree it does.

How do you take briefs?

A shared doc or a thirty-minute call. I'd rather ask five questions on day one than guess on day ten. You get a scope back within two business days.

What about hosting and domains?

In the client's name, always, with you and me as admins. Nobody is held hostage by a login.

Where are you based and where do you work?

Lake Country, British Columbia. Partners so far are in the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan; the work is remote and the timezone is Pacific.

Thirty minutes

Bring one client site that needs a rebuild. I'll audit it live on the call.
