Built in 2026. Running today.
Everything here was built by me this year. Clients are named where they allow it. Partner work stays under the partner's brand and appears only as numbers.
Under an agency's or a consultancy's brand.
Tender platform for a BC contractor
A tender platform for a BC contractor, built under Zorn AI's lead. Every tender lives in one place. The brief, in the client's own words: forty hours a month off the preconstruction manager's work week.

Companies that came to me straight.
Claymasters
An artisan clay-plaster studio and the Okanagan's American Clay dealer. Their WordPress site had been throwing a server error on every page for months. Signed August 12, live August 31, with a shop and a quote flow they never had.

- online shop in the studio's history
- 0 min

Lead System
Every lead into one pipeline, a reply in minutes, quotes chased until they answer, and a Monday digest that proves it. Installed in ten business days on the tools the office already opens.
- 5 min
- every lead answered inside five minutes, around the clock
- 10 days
- to live, on the tools the office already opens
- $1,250
- a month, monitoring and tuning included
The Eunoia Dashboard
The operating system I run Eunoia on, and the proof behind every Agent Build I sell. At 6:30 every weekday morning The Super reads my calendar, my inbox, every project milestone and the month's cash, then hands me the gap to goal, what closes it and today's list. The sales lane scores every lead against my ideal client, reads the prospect's own site before it drafts three openers in my voice, checks for replies every fifteen minutes and drafts the answer. The Foreman writes each client's weekly status report from what actually shipped. The newsletter drafts itself on Monday, the LinkedIn posts on Friday. Nothing sends, posts or publishes without my click.
- 6:30 am
- every weekday, the brief lands: gap to goal, what closes it, today's list
- 0
- emails, posts or client reports go out without my click
- 15
- scheduled jobs behind one screen, and a job that fails silently shows as a badge

Kingpost
An ops dashboard for every trade on this site, electricians and plumbers through to excavators and GCs: jobs pipeline, quotes to invoices, job costs, crew, cash. Your company sees only its own data, all money in CAD. Sold with a rebuild.

Five Talents Marketing is my agency partner. I run their builds and automations.
Austin is the AI implementation and Operations solution for 5 Talents Marketing; without him we would not be nearly as efficient. Our clients really appreciate the systems that Austin has been able to build for us internally. It's time to stop living in 2020; hire Austin to overhaul your AI and Systems so you have the infrastructure in place to compete in today's marketplace. If you don't, you may get left behind.

Operations platform: three AI agents, one sign-in
Started as a social agent: a month of platform-specific posts drafted in the client's voice from their photos and job notes, every one approved by a named person before it schedules. Phases two and three grew the same app into the client's operations dashboard. A coaching agent keeps every client relationship on a clock and flags who has gone quiet. A sales agent researches leads each morning, drafts the outreach, the follow-ups and the proposals, and sends nothing without a named approver. One sign-in, one dashboard, three agents, all under the agency's brand.
Shown as a demo shell with a fictional agency and invented client brands. The real instance runs under the client's own brand.
