Looking for an answering service for your plumbing company? Read this first.

An answering service solves one problem: a person picks up. It does nothing about the web form at midnight, the quote nobody chased, or the lead that never made it to the board. Lead Rescue is the other way round. Nobody picks up, and nothing gets lost.

Lead Rescue runs on the phone line, inbox and forms your office already opens. Your leads, contacts and conversations stay in your tools; the engine is mine and runs for the monthly fee.

The honest version

Keep the answering service for emergencies. Let Lead Rescue do the rest.

If a burst pipe at 2 am needs a human to dispatch, keep the service for that. Everything that is not an emergency, which is most of what comes in, is better handled by a reply in minutes and a follow-up that never forgets.

Questions plumbers ask

Straight answers.

Is Lead Rescue an answering service?

No. Nobody picks up the phone. What it does is make sure nobody who called or filled in a form is left waiting: the missed call gets a text back in minutes, the form gets a reply, the quote gets chased, and every one of them lands on one board your office can see.

When is a real answering service the better choice?

When you run enough emergency volume that a human needs to triage and dispatch at 2 am, or when your customers are mostly property managers who expect to speak to a person. Plenty of plumbing companies run both: the service takes the after-hours emergencies, Lead Rescue catches everything else and does the follow-up the service never will.

What does an answering service cost a plumber?

They bill by the minute or by the call, usually with a monthly minimum, so the cost rises with the weeks you are busiest. Lead Rescue is a flat $450 a month and does not care how many leads come in.

How fast is it live?

Ten business days from the discovery call, on the phone line, inbox and forms your office already uses. The install is $1,250 once. Running and tuning it is inside the monthly.

Do I need a new website for this?

No. Lead Rescue installs on whatever site you have. If the site itself is the problem, the plumbers page shows what a rebuild costs.
