Websites and lead systems built for plumbers.

Emergency calls at midnight, re-pipes quoted and forgotten, invoices that sit for sixty days. Your website is the first thing the homeowner sees and the last thing you have time for. I build the site that gets the call, the follow-up that closes the quote, and Kingpost, the board that shows jobs from first call to paid.

Free, no pitch. Or run the snapshot on your site first.

Where plumbers leak jobs

Three places the money goes quiet.

Emergency calls lost to whoever answers first

If the site doesn't put your number one tap away, the next plumber gets the leak.

Re-pipe and tankless quotes with no follow-up

Big-ticket quotes go quiet because chasing them is nobody's job.

Cash stuck in unsent and unpaid invoices

Work done, money not in. The Cash view in Kingpost was built for exactly this.

What the site has to do

A plumbing company website that books the job.

Not a brochure. Every page is written for the person deciding at 9 pm, and every form works from a phone on site.

  • Emergency and after-hours path with click-to-call above the fold
  • Service pages: drain cleaning, water heaters, re-pipes, renovations, commercial
  • Quote form with photo upload for a phone at the job
  • Reviews and service area on every page
  • Plumber schema and a Google Business Profile that matches the site

Questions plumbers ask

Straight answers.

What is Kingpost and do I need it?

Kingpost is the trades ops dashboard I built: jobs from lead to paid, quotes to invoices, job costs, crew and cash. It's included on the Ops care plan and it was designed on a sample plumbing company. You don't need it on day one; most plumbers start with the site and the lead system.

What does a website for a plumbing company cost in BC?

A Site Rebuild is $3,500 to $6,500 CAD, fixed after a thirty-minute scoping call, and live in about three weeks. That includes a search audit, two design directions, all copy, booking and quote forms, click-to-call, and review widgets.

Do you work with plumbers outside the Okanagan?

Yes. I'm in Lake Country, BC, and work with plumbers across BC and Alberta. Everything is remote except the occasional site visit. Most clients so far are in the Okanagan and the Lower Mainland.

What happens after the site launches?

Most clients keep me on a Care Plan from $600 a month for hosting, edits, monitoring and a monthly read on leads. It's month to month with thirty days notice.

Can you fix our lead follow-up without rebuilding the site?

Yes. The Lead System is $2,500 CAD on its own: every lead into one board, an instant reply by text and email, a three-touch quote follow-up sequence, and a Monday digest. It runs on tools your office already opens.
